Jeannie Longo raced the Tour de Los Alamos

Multiple Tour de France feminin and cycling world champion Jeannie Longo was in the race yesterday. I didn't realize that!

    Completely off topic. Any one know how the cranks come off? Big allen head bolt attaches to the BB. Do I need a puller to get the crank arms off?

    Big allen bolt holds them on. You need a puller to get them off. Puller is often specific to the crank and axle now that there are so many different types.
