Chicago to crack down on drivers who endanger cyclists

    Several County Council seats are coming open. I think Mike Wismer is running for one. Anyone on a bike want to run for another?

    Since I am told that 95% of cyclist are lawbreaking hooligans, that narrows the field somewhat.
