To run or not to run, that is the question
County Council seats are up for grabs this fall. Last time around, I declined an organizational request that I run for office. Same question this time. Any thoughts out there?

I think you ought to run. Perhaps LAB will think more fondly of "Councilman Spencer." Perhaps Councilman Spencer will have a broader perspective.
